Why should I surrender ?
My all my being my life my possessions my family my whereabouts my intentions my shortcomings my successes
Why should I surrender my all to HIM?
If I do is there any guarantee that I will be well?
Can he promise things will always go my way?
Will my enemy's always be shown to me?
Will I get my degree? Will my husband or wife come in my timing? .......
Dont you see that you are asking about I?
It will not always be alright
Things will go extremely wrong
You will not be comfortable all the time
You may get sick you will be hurt you just may die
What "you" want will hardly manifest.
But have you considered?
That HIS will always superceded yours
That you will be persecuted for His name sake
That your purpose may cause you pain
That you may be beaten just to fulfill the will of God in your life?
But see you are being persecuted without Him anyway
Hypocrites slander your name any way
Backbiters grudge your progress anyway
Liars write stories about you still
Life's challenges still cause you to fall
All this still happens still.......without Him
Now answer this....
Why do you prefer to endure all this for his name sake when you could be enduring it for HIS NAME SAKE?
Dont you see that if your life is not in HIS HAND then it is in his hands?
Cant you understand that in order for your will to be fulfilled it must be originated molded and brought to life by HIS WILL?
So then .....why should you surrender?
WHY DONT YOU SURRENDER?....AND LIVE?
When you die you will receive eternal life anyway...but who you share it with is your responsibility.....HIM...or ....him?
