With her long face
She gave him a high voltage stare
Wondering what she had done wrong
Is it loving him or fearing to lose him
She was twisted in knots
Her face was full of agony
Eyes without speaking confess
Tears started blooming and reflecting in her eyes
She had so much to say and ask
But her voice soaked in pain denied her projection
Her lips trembled,
Chewing her lower lip,
Not wanting to break,
With a husky whisper,
All she could say was "Goodbye"
A great sob escaped her and a tear squeezed out of her wild eye
She wiped her face with her shaking hand
Although she was hurt she foresee where this was going
'Her breaking down, now back in his arms and him comforting her with more lies and deceit'
So she quickly turned
And banged the door
Screaming as she ran away
The sounds of wailing and suffering echoed throughout the house
Indeed she was hurt
The breakup torn her to pieces
Cause she loved him with her life
