*THE FIRST GIRL I LOVED*
Bird's trill voice,
heart shaped face,
Generous with a tender skin,
Dark cloud-like hair forming a halo around her tiny face,
A silver stud protruding from a short, rounded nose,
She was my flawless match.
I became ebullient of her,
We held hands walking along the streets,
Holding her closer taking her breathe,
That long valley she made me across the bridge,
Such obedient and self-esteemed,
She never finked she was so trig.
I took her home,
She adapted to Rome,
Happily for a decade we lived,
Not before fantatist stormed,
The blind love started to see,
She grew such stubborn,
My virgin heart she broke,
My innocent brain she maimed.
I did everything to make the ends meet,
Unfortunately, I put the horse before the Cart
I cried the whole day, ended sleepless at night
I could hardly walk because I couldn't bare the lose,
One night I got her call,
It was him who made the phone call
He added insult to injury,
I felt like drowning down the river
No,I felt like jumping from a moving train
The master healer,time,came by me
Though it became hard to believe
I got relieved
But who will come by pick the broken pieces of my heart?
