THE GOOD OL' DAYS

The days when the air smelt of nature,
Days when tiny blue birds flew in a carefree manner filling the sky with glamour,
Days when lush and luxuriant trees produced sweet-smelling succulent fruits,
Days when the rainbow fulfilled the promises of children not brutes.
Days when the meadow held its undiluted sweet perfume,
Days when the chocolaty soil was home to attractive flowers that bloom,
The ocean was wide, vast and full of grace,
Days where tall white horses stood in accordance before a race.
The good old days when humanity possessed human feelings,
Days when ceremonies came with good tidings,
Days when a child grew up to fulfill his dream,
Days when humanity was filled with sympathy to it's brim.
The good old days when everyone was equal,
Days when satisfaction was for all,
Days when no one was born to serve,
Someone please bring back the old days for that's what we all deserve.
