'The Happy Method'

I will not be happy when, I will be happy now.
Happiness is a state of being, within me it is found.
How can I be happy now, if I exchange happiness for a future outcome?
As if the present moment is something I needed a route from?
I will be happy now, I won't be happy when.
My power is ever present, this writer's zone I'm happy in.
The journey is as important as the destination.
The road to happiness, was a road paved by my imagination.
If happiness is in the future, the happiness is short lived.
Happiness is right here, amidst the coursed grid.
Being happy now, adds depth to current experiences.
But if you put your happiness in a time capsule, you'll never fully experience it.
We can't rush our way into happiness because it is a state of being.
"You worked hard to achieve your goal", now those feelings escaped the scene.
Thus, I am happy with & I am happy without.
I am the manifestation of love, altruism & faith, I could never count me out.
