In a world full of evil there are heroes to save the day,
Whether it be surgery to save your life or finding shelter for you to stay,
They come in many forms, sizes and shapes,
Little moments in life that you treasure from those with invisible capes,
A smile, a helping hand, a friend in your time of need,
These people do it selflessly they never do it out of greed,
Heroes who are big or small,
Heroes who may sadly fall,
Just because they are not bulletproof or they cannot fly,
Doesn't mean they aren't all around you right out the corner of your eye,
When you put others before yourself people truly see the value of hope that you share,
There's a hero right inside all you have to do is care.
