We are born to die, this truth we can't deny,
A journey that begins with our first cry.
But what is life, this precious gift,
A fleeting moment, a passing rift?
Is it the laughter, the love, the pain,
The memories made, the joy and the strain?
Is it the sun that rises each morn,
The beauty of nature, so fresh and reborn?
Is life just a journey, a path we must tread,
A race to be run, with no time to rest our heads?
Or is it something more, a mystery untold,
A purpose waiting, a story to unfold.
We may never know, what life truly means,
But we can embrace it, in all its extremes.
With open hearts, and a spirit so free,
We can live life to the fullest, as it was meant to be.
So let us cherish each day, each breath we take,
And make the most of the time, before it's too late.
For life is a journey, and we are but mere travellers,
Born to die, but living forever.
