I could never have fathomed
I would love so fiercely,
so passionately,
so wholeheartedly...
Until you walked in with grace,
carrying confidence and that smile...
and it felt so natural,
like it was meant to be...
like you belonged ...
And so...
would it be an exaggeration if I said ...
You have bewitched my body and soul,
ensnared all of my senses,
transcended me into an entirely different dimension...
another space...
from where I never wish to come back...
and I shall never come back...
I'd stay until this fragile shell of mine
withers in the soil,
becomes one with the earth,
among the flowers you planted...
In the season...you summoned ..
I wouldn't know if you'd realise
how every fragment of my body
screams to be around you,
to exist in the space we share ...together..
but do know...
I shall always and always
be the reason for your smile,
for your worry
and for your tears
when I am no longer here...
