The little red rose

A rose in a big beautiful flower bed,
Softly she lays her pretty head,
So fragile and magnificent the more grows,
From the bright red petals down to the roots below,
Oh little rose surrounded by thorns,
Any slight movement and you could be torn,
Out comes the sun that's shines down on the rose,
I will save you i just hope you know,
As the thorns get closer the rose gets afraid,
She's all alone and scared of being betrayed,
Please hurry the little rose says,
The thorns are hurting me please find a way,
the rose was now covered in fresh and painful wounds,
She wasn't saved in time from being pruned,
The little red rose was so alone and broken,
But out came another who had finally woken,
The rose was never going to be alone again,
Because she finally found that one special friend,
To hold her and help her make it through,
The little rose finally knew.
