The Mask I Wear

Is this how it feels to hit rock bottom
Poppin pills, blunt after blunt and lil glasses of rum
Looking into a broken mirror with dripping eyes
Sleepless nights, crying in the pillow thinking about the
last goodbyes
Living in the past made being a father too my kids put
on the backshelf
Thinking how you would've never been when I did the unmentionable to myself
Give up my life right now if I could get back one moment
I wasted
Walking up in county rack still buzzed and wasted
It's like a 2nd job trying to hide deep down all the pain
I inflicted
Backed myself into a rock and a hard place my lungs feel
Constricted
And it feel like no matter what I can never get rid of all this
aggression
All day fake laughs and smile mixed with some jokes is the
mask of depression
