The mind

The brain travels so rapidly

It thinks hap-hazardly

Thoughts intertwine

Makes me feel like slime

My mind shifts constantly

It brings me to insanity

Thoughts mixing

Makes for strange thinking

My head is stuck on repeat

It causes me to take a seat

Thoughts reminisce

Feels like everything I've missed

Total chaos between the ears

It has been for many years

Thoughts arrive

I'm surprised I'm still alive
