The Mysterious Door. (Short Story)

The door said "DO NOT ENTER" in big red writing. Thick rusty chains triple tied.
Did it not occur to him that the rusty old chains where an indication that not one soul dared to enter in years.
His extreme fearlessness and thirst to take what's not his consumed him.
He wrapped his bare hands around the chains and as he pulled them with his monstrous strength, the chains ripped off and the door slightly creaked open. A glimps of light seeking through the gap lit his eyes up like fire. His pupils dialiated with pure excitement and greed. He was so hungry to take whatever he found. The mystery aroused him.
He was there for several months
until one day he left with 2 large bags filled with things.
2 months go by and he returns.
The chains still broken.
he was flattered and took that as an invitation to walk right in whenever he wants and leave whenever he wants.
He thought he was in control.
It made him feel powerful.
He continued to stay for a while, abandon the place, then return.
Taking bags of things with him each time.
He hadn't re visited in nearly 2 years when one day, he shows up. Hes puzzled and shocked to discover that the door is gone. It's just one big wall.
He started gathering tools and attempting to break the wall down. Until he felt a cold breeze at the back of his neck causing him to shiver, he turns around and she stood there.
"why are you not in there?" He says, puzzled.
"I moved" she says confidently, remaining firm eye contact.
"You are supposed to be here whenever I need you" he says, his tone of voice sounding almost defeated.
She walks over to him, pauses for a second and then says
"what did you want to take this time" crossing her arms and raising one eyebrow, sounding sarcastic.
"I actually came back to give your things back" he says with open arms and a smile. "well I don't need them anymore" she says as she takes a few steps back.
"but you crumbled when I took them away and when I came back each time and returned them you where happy" he wheeps the words in a weak pathetic tone of voice.
She gets right up to his face as fearless as she has ever been. "yes, but you done me a favour. I found bigger and better things that you'll never ever be able to take control of. You have no control over me anymore, Goodbye". She says, firmly.
She walked away with full control over her own life.
"what happened to the shy fragile little girl i found in that room sitting on the ground alone and scared! "he shouts from a distance
She turned around one last time.
"thanks to you I have learned to be my own savour. I have learned to rely on myself and nobody else. You will never see me again"
She leaves for good, she walks away feeling both sadness and relief.
He is lost and powerless.
She remains strong and proud.
The end.
