THE MYSTERY WITHIN ME
I walked through days like pages half unread,
Chasing shadows cast by mortal sight;
I spoke of truth, yet something deeper led
Beyond the borders of my borrowed light.
For life was more than breath and beating chest
A sacred whisper stirring in the quest.
Then like the wind no human eye can trace,
The Holy Spirit moved within my soul;
Not loud in thunder, but in quiet grace,
Unveiling truths that made the broken whole.
A flame unseen, yet brighter than the sun,
A mystery begun when faith was won.
Now life unfolds in wonders yet untold,
A hidden strength in weakness softly grown;
What once was fear turns courage, fierce and bold,
For I am never walking on my own.
