She thought she heard a shriek;
Yet, she did not believe.
She wondered where it came from;
The window space or the door knob?
She could not really find,
The sound which had grasped her mind.
She tried to focus on the source;
Out which, came the noise with force.
It kept becoming louder-
The sound around her.
And that's when she knew,
As the scream of pain 'within', grew.
