The Non-Escapable Escape

A room with no doors,
A room with four walls,
A room where only death calls,
A room so full it hurts my eyes,
A room where all happiness is just a lie,
I find myself protected by this lie I trust in,
So protected it blinds my mind,
So used to a room full of games,
I cannot see the angst creep from behind,
A room now so bare,
A room of despair,
A room where death seems ideal,
A sadness so deep I don't eat my meals,
Starving I am but better I will be,
When my twenty one days go by,
And I cease to be,
Finally a door,
So wide open and bright,
I can leave this place,
And finally end this…
Right?
