I see you suffer some days with worry and stress,
always wondering why your life is a mess.
Like a wounded animal, or a mewling whelp,
day after day, I wish I could help.
I try to call out, but nothing comes out,
as I see you just sit there, and whimper and pout.
Like a spirit on high, yet powerless I remain,
incoporeal and far, the feeling fills me with disdain.
But what can I do, from so far away?
All I can do is watch, and see how the story will play.
Where I call a home, feels more like a cage,
As there seems nothing I can do, and it fills me with rage.
I want to shout out, so deafeningly loud,
how all of your achievements have made me so proud.
