" The Queen Of All Realms "

" The Queen Of All Realms "

I asked the sun, “Can you rise a bit late?”
This night’s not just dark — it’s deciding my fate.
The sun replied, “I wish I could stay,”
But the moon has a question he must convey.

“Is her beauty true, or just a disguise?”
He asked with doubt painted deep in his eyes.
God said, “Her charm, it may seem surreal,
But place it in a flask — see if it’s real.”

The rose, so proud, claimed, “I’m on every page,
The muse of poets, the love of every age.”
But none dared whisper, none dared look —
To say she’s the place where the story first took.

Each breath that sings your beauty true,
Rises first in praise of you-know-who.

In this world of black and white, is the king truly weak?
No — by the queen’s beauty, he turned into a freak.
So deep was his love, so sharp was the sting,
That even in death, he still sees his queen in everything.

Each shadowed corner, each passing scene,
Even a pawn gone too far looks like his queen.

The warrior’s fine being just a jack,
As long as the queen still has his back.
But envy burns — he eyes the king to attack,
No room left in the deck... his heart’s turned black.

Still, he’s left clutching a blackened heart,
While others turned to spades — sharp, cold, and dark.
Their tips like spears, their aim is clear —
To wound the Queen of Hearts he once held dear.

In the dark, I watched her — my truth, my lie,
She stayed in my mind though the stars passed by.
The sun fades out, but her light remains,
Close your eyes — she dances through the brain.
