The Question

One day, the veil will fall away,
No morning sun, no break of day.
Just silence deep, and breath held tight—
A soul alone, faced with the Light.
No wealth in hand, no friend to speak,
No tongue to twist, no voice to seek.
A single query splits the air,
So weightless... yet beyond compare:
مَنْ رَبُّكَ؟ —?Who is your Lord
A thunderous hush, no shield, no sword.
Not asked by man, nor judge, nor king,
But by the One Who made all things.
Will your heart then boldly say,
“I knew Him well, I prayed, I stayed”?
Or will it tremble, cold and mute,
A tree with leaves, but barren fruit?
This life—a test, a fleeting spark,
A road that winds through light and dark.
Each breath a step, each choice a chord,
That answers softly: Who's your Lord?
