Sometimes I pray it pours
Freezing winter rain
Not a sky in view of blue
For outdoors I can’t ignore the veins
Of those I’ve never knew
More then less I hope refreshed
Under sheets of Arctic dew
To walk outside detached from pride
Let weightlessness renew
Drenched I cry disguised against
The waters healing smack
Connected to the full percent
To whom this winter rain attached
On shooting stars I beg to sup
The medicine of kings
Its shield erupts makes me decrease
Reminding me to sing
Of nothing less then peace
Oh this rain does please
