He sits on his tree stump and watches everything around him.

The raven with his sharp look, flies around wooded areas and makes sure everything is okay.
If they feel any harm, I am sure they wouldn't stay.
In ancient times, these birds were a source of darkness.
Some witches used them for their witchery mess.
They are like any bird, they survive through hunting skills.
You will see then sitting on top of wooded hills.
