A rose signifies love,
Love isn't perfect,
The thorns represent obstacles,
The stem the roads you take in love,
The petals each part of the heart given,
The fragrance love is beautiful,
I give to you my heart,
It all stitched together,
I give you my soul,
A flame as bright as the sun,
I give to you my imperfect self,
I'm only human.
Love maybe imperfect,
So are we,
Each heart tells a different story,
Each heart has faced terrible pain,
Each heart though shattered,
We always heal each others pain.
Life maybe a mystery,
Filled with experience non the same,
When souls come together it heals the pain,
I give you this rose,
So beautiful its meaning so deep,
To remind us love isn't perfect,
Neither are we.!!!!!
