The corners of her mouth turned up to the sky.
She smiled so big that the room became bright.
Others around her basked in its glow
Like a chain reaction, smiles started to flow.
From person to person there came warmth and a light
Due to this girl who's smile was bright.
Her laughter it tinkled like chimes and small bells.
Causing all to be lifted from their spiritual hells.
While the people rejoiced having found their lost life
They knew not that it all came at a price
The girl that had shown them happiness true
Gave away her own soul to the black and the blue.
