The Scream
It echoed from the mountains
over glen and vale
across the seven seas
from continent to continent
those that heard
were few
those that didn't
it past silent like a sigh
into the uni and multiverse
to bounce off planets and moons
to be absorbed by suns and dark holes
to be kept for lightyears of time.
T'was the death cry of a planet
our very own earth.
