THE SEA

The smiling blue sea is silent.
It calls you closer,
Entertains you at its bosom.
It's a benign climate
You think,
Brim of prospects
Chilly in its weather, make
You pretermit all else.
Yes, you love the sea
But be Monish,
The sea lies dumbly
But an illusive;
Its bowel is as deep
As desert rivers
Which swallow you
In its tum slowly.
Erstwhile, the sea was friendly,
Now ingests you
And vanquishes you,
Which no amount of wails can save you.
The sea lies dumbly
But an illusive.
Be ware of the sea
You taste with your feet.
