For all the times you'd cry and I would just complain
For all time wasted,
For all the pain you so casually caused
For the bullshit you'd inflict just to give me pause
My instinct to deflect your ugly face
the one you hide, hidden inside
I've no more the capacity to strive along side of you
and still keep a straight face
if your judgement of my sins is so complete
than why do I admit defeat
for the love of you was without trust and lacking any meaningful purpose
self destructive as we kept each other high
but what would happen if one of us suddenly died
We just kept pushing and punishing
until the reason made itself clear
you had shed many tears
how many where for me and not yourself?
It's so hard to forget
just as hard it is to remember
neither one of us can stop
until the other must render
the screaming and abuse
you know it went both ways
a lasting scar on our broken heart
but the inevitable has finally come, to save us or none of us....
