The Sheep

When the man speaks, it's told he is a shepherd
But what do we do when he is when he shouldn't?
For when they crawl through his mud with their bare feet,
All because he promised them glory while he ran with his clean sheet
Delusional and unpromised until we are bleeding
The man looks down on us, but some of us are still feeding
We're shackled in chains, and the ball follows our corspe
Blisters cut us as we are whipped into a submissive keep
Forced to birth until we are cold and dead
Bury our bodies, as long as your infant can no longer be fed
Hold us from our education as we give you the plan
Kill us, burn us, bleed us,
All because we ran
How many times can our history take,
For when the white man is in power,
Not even man is safe.
