I'm here for the role, I haven't forgotten my lines,
I know my character well,
I have played out each scene, and every between,
Such a performance yet no tickets to sale,
This isn't your normal stage, no long even close,
With only a audience of one,
The shows already started, I've been broken hearted,
Far before the curtain draw of this performance done,
I'm the one and only, the main role but not the star,
And it never airs late,
The story is about love found and bound to lose,
And it so happens it's title is fate.
They come and they go that one thing I know.
