Is it wrong,
To hate a statue?
One that a different,
Country has made?
When it says things,
That we disagree with,
The whole time saying things like:,
"You are brave!".
Is it my fault,
That I despise,
A statue that invites,
Their unwanted in?
To our shores,
That we don't want,
The whole time implying, to not,
Would be a sin.
Is that what friends,
Really do?
Imply that evil,
From the other's shore,
Should be let in,
With no reservation,
And that evil will be gone,
Forever more.
If the owner agreed,
With what was written,
Then I wouldn't have,
A single gripe,
But I think,
That friend really isn't,
A friend, they said:
They'd be there for life!
So can we please,
Get rid of that statue?
The one that this country,
Did not make,
The one that was given,
By another country,
That sent us their evil,
Once it was made.
They made us a statue,
That invites their bad in,
And if given the chance,
I bet they would do it again!
So, let's get rid,
Of that big ugly statue,
And put up a better one,
On the same spot,
A statue that tells all,
The Evil of the world,
That this is a place,
You better not stop!
The End.
