THE TALE: 19th to 21st century.

ts surprising when someone look at cameras now adays
For they can never be compared to the black and white days
When there's less technology but more creativity
Which leads to the discovery of Radioactivity
What more can we say when we think about the historic 1980s
A decade of unique development in the world
Its not just a new discovery for the 80s
But becomes the game changer in medical world.
What are you talking about? Many people asked.
You always mention this Radio and yet never worked at a station
We wonder what your job is! Can you tell us more about it?
I smiled and tell them to listen, there I started the tale without hesitation.
Listen to me and make no noise
Understand the job and ask no more
We are listening,  they all uttered at once
Then I start explaining ebulliently
THE TALE.
Ordinary people run away from it
Saying it's a professional full of risk
Extraordinary people grab it at heart
Making it their work and do it with brisk
In 1895, it was discovered
By our professional father in his German lab
On a Friday evening he initiated Rad
Starting with his wife, and he confirmed
That's how it evolved and begins its evolution
Passing through many research in the past century
With Many pitfalls that needed to some correction
Which were mostly sorted out to make it the best
It's now a field with many modalities
Giving Radiographers many abilities
Increasing their rate of mobility
And reducing the rate of patients morality
Its gives a new face to the medical line
Revealed the unseen to make things clear
While others tend to use the visible light
We becomes to sole users of invisible power
Its ranges from the common ones to the complicated
Most of you knows about x-rays and ultrasound
But can you tell me about CT, MRI or even Radiotheraphy?
Or should I continue my tale to tell you all about them?
Yes they said, with surprise on their faces
Showing how deeply they realised within short time
The ability of Radiographers and the purpose of their work
But they are still behind and so I continued.
Ultrasound is simple and requires no much power
Can be done to small kids and even pregnant wives
Its user dependent, I know you'll wonder
It requires much knowledge and expertise if operator
X-rays are common, for you all heard about them
You often look at them and say, I see nothing
That's how we viewed them and say there's something
Its requires some knowledge thou, you can know that later.
CT and MRI stands for a meaning also
But let me just tell you the function in the mean time
The give us images, but as slices not whole
Just like you slice your onions to see them as layers
We check the images to see the Anatomy
If it's all normal or there's Abnormality
But now we can also check about physiology
Which help us all in knowing the pathology
Don't be confused with the words I've just mentioned
Physiology means function and anatomy is structure
Pathology means disease, I hope you are now relieved
With a great assurance that you've learnt something today.
