A government that is systematically corrupt
for two individual who committed the same crime their financial factor change there sentencing, an offender who does inhumane act towards another human bean gets a lesser sentence then a drug dealer, the placement where the sentencing is taking place is just four concrete wall that leaves the individual left to their own devices instead of reteaching a person oyt of their mindset their left majority of the time to think and how can anyone change their mindset if their mindset is what put them in the situation that they are in.
