The Urge

You feel nothing, you are a corpse.
Nothing inside, you're hollow.
Tough inside, built like a horse.
Ever restistant to sorrow.
Hundred guns, do not fear.
Blessed are the brave.
Thousand cuts, not one tear.
Only glory you shall crave.
Scars of the past, they better heal.
Love of your life, it must die.
For eternal pain you shall feel.
For beasts of burden don't cry.
Memories flash by as certain death nears.
Remember the misery in the rain.
But cry no more, for the flood of your tears.
Washed away all of your pain.
Now smiles and pain are history.
Triumph, strangle, throttle the grudge.
Persevere soldier, march into victory.
Don't look back, kill the urge.
