My little cottage
In the valley,
Sits alone amongst
The woods,
Surrounded by nature's
Bounties,
Where my ancestors
Once stood,
Generations of my family
Who taught me to live
Off the land,
Still surround my life,
Even though they are long
Since dead,
Its a life of serenity
and Peace,
I am one with the
Creatures Of earth,
We tend to each others
Needs,
Animals as well as
The sacred herbs,
