Their Art

This is an art,
Purely a talent;
How this beings to deceive know,
Never cease to amaze me;
By the time their prey are dully done with,
Boom! Another unhappy client,
Another heart crushed; lost; destroyed;
Their art.
Their approach as always, so humble;
Wild dogs in sheep's skin they are,
Their talk filled always with hopeless promises,
Castles in the air are said to be,
Once they gain full attention and trust,
Down to work they get,
To crush, mishandle, destroy;
Their talent.
Heartless beings I beseech,
On behalf of your clients fallen in trap,
Learn not to destroy what your own hands created,
Not to glamour at your fellows pain,
Passive grudges should alter you not,
As the hearts of the weak in love you protect,
With this art of yours buried and forgotten
Peace will be restored.
