Therapy advise

Free yourself from pain, get some help if you need some, talk to someone you trust with your feelings it doesn't always have to be an opposite gender, confide in family and genuine friends it's always in you to find the right friends for you...besides you are what you attract.
pain and depression can seperate you from the real world...I've been there, it feels like it's just you and the walls but if you're not careful focusing on the hurt is going to keep you hurt focusing on the positive is going to keep you positive.
Depression and pain is real but so is healing don't rush into finding a partner because you're depressed because someone will have a lot of dirty scars to clean up just make sure you fix yourself first before engaging in commitments besides whenever you're depressed and you listen to that voice of depression your mind is vulnerable to any decision offered, I've seen people fall in love because they were depressed and needed someone to talk to and after they got better they realised the relationship was of no value the reason is simple they just needed someone to talk to not a partner, you get the point right??
