there I stand.
awoke but afraid,
stuck in Hell's kitchen in my mind.
when heaven cries,
because my sins has fell in line.
he died for me.
I reminded me.
he questioned you,
father why,
for me.
and I'm reaching out for all the things that are divine in thee.
no idle words of idolatry,
follow me into the depths of my soul.
as this milestone reaches to heavenly goals.
there I stand.
asleep and at peace
no fear to worry,
with my enemies at my feet.
this is a gift that the word have promised me.
cast not your pearls to swine
or
the thorns in your side would be more defined.
he speaks to me in parables.
my heart is lock and key
as I bow my head pray to thee.
there I stand
as a soldier on guard.
the sun has risen the night has fall,
another day to meditate on it all.
the gates have open my, soul is healed.
my sins are free because of his will.
I take my stride,
and walk my path.
dear Lord, God take my hand.
lead me so that I may lead you into the promised Land.
no blind seeking the blind.
but like minds or like mine.
there I stand,
until my path is revealed.
I hope I'm walking into the truth and the light.
the day my my Faith is sealed.
