There is a Place

There is a Place
There is a place of quiet rest
A place where you have peace
And where all it’s beauty is yet to be seen,

A place of refuge for the oppressed
Where the Saviour Jesus Christ,
Intercedes for all your needs,
Which God your Father will provide
A place where you are undisturbed.

A place you seldom want to leave,
But He gently says,

“My child you must leave now.”
With the assurance that you have
The freedom to return as often
As you wish leaving a hungering
And thirsting that food and water
Cannot satisfy.

For there is a place
And it is in His presence
That He satisfies the longing
In your soul!
