There is a place of quiet rest
A place where you have peace
And where all its beauty
Is yet to be seen.
A place of refuge for the oppressed
Where the Saviour Jesus Christ
Intercedes for all of your needs,
Which God your Father will provide.
A place where you are undisturbed
A place to enjoy pleasures beyond measure,
A place you seldom want to leave,
But He gently says,
" My child you must leave now. "
With the assurance that you have
The freedom to return as often as
You wish, leaving a hungering and
A thirsting that food and water cannot
Satisfy.
For there is a place and it is in His
Presence where He satisfies
The longing in your soul.
