They come sometimes discreetly

They arrive with a plan

They are seen in the sky briefly

They begin with their scan

Beings from far , far away places

They study us very hard

They disappear without any traces

They record us in their chart

Aliens , coming from space

To search and document our race

To find out if we need to be saved

Learning that it's our own selfish fate

Creatures , some big , and some small

Green and white in color

Waiting patiently until we send the call

Until no longer can we suffer

Science fiction is coming to a reality

They silently observe us

What we thought to be a hyperbole

Now we seriously discuss

Aliens , coming from space

Learning that it's our own greedy fate

Spaceships that can travel light speed

Moving so fast it's a blur

Deciding which of us needs to be freed

Evacuations will soon occur

Specimens they take for their testing

Certain people they prefer

Signs they leave for us to be telling

This already began to occur

Aliens , coming from space

Discovering that it's our own stupid fate

Beings that are superior intellects

And speaking in numerous dialects

They must think of us just like suspects

These aliens must not see any respect

Our decisions are what our actions reflect

Our dying planet is what our nature subjects
