Laughter was what it used to be,
Between them and me.
Now longing for whatever she can find,
It's a whole new world, in this mixed up mind.
They lost whatever they had,
Looking at them it's pretty sad.
She will wait forever more,
But right now her heart is sore.

Because without her, he ain't strong.
Now between the two of them,

If only they can get it right,
A stranger's bed, she wouldn't be sleeping in tonight.
