M

thing about it

When you study misery
The facts are all opinions
Nobody has experienced true misery
They live in their own hell
To compare your misery with others
Is bothersome
Who's had the most pain
Who's cried the most tears
Who's lost more loved ones
What I write is the misery of love lost
Hypothetically
And real life
As an empathy I'm more intune with others emotions around me
Making me feel emotions that aren't mine
It's hard to say the words but writing them down
Just makes sense
Being trapped in a loop of not being able to tell people what was happening to me made therapy hell
A good cry would suffice but it did little with the growing pressure in my chest
On top of that I have autism and ADHD both of which hightened my senses even more
So i ask you this if you've stayed to read
Could you endure not knowing your own emotions but the emotions of others are your own?
