That was a day everything became new.

Blind to reality,yet awake in the fancies of my mind.
I couldn't see the end,yet so near!
Caught up in a moment that seemed so rare.
"Awake me now!" ,I prayed to God so sincere!
My tears dried before touching the ground,
I believed naively that she would come around.
Though the thought was so wrong,
Again, to heal,it didn't take long.
She left me,
She left me to be a man..
A man able to handle and deal with disappointments amicably,
These are qualities i couldn't have learnt in her presence,
Again,I've learnt to cherish every moment I respire.
In this, is our very essence!
Before I lose touch with the atmosphere,
I will breath my last breath and say; moments,times and events are the same throughout,
However,what has made one a Man
Has unmade another, though a Male.
I ran,and ran but couldn't get away from the very thing that was my gateway--maturity!
Through her,I broke free from the minority..And This I know!
