if you don't mind, could you read what I said
This is the only way to get out of my head
To drop a few lines and see what I wrote and read it again before clearing my throat. I right it all down, like neat little notes or even sometimes, like big fancy quotes.
That's before I decide to share it with you
Then all I ponder is what you will do
With all these thoughts inside my head, I find myself struggling to go lay in bed
But before I say it's the end of the day and go in my room, and kneel down to pray
