Thoughts deep within
The air feels lighter now that I’m free,
and shadows seem far out of my reach
why then, this restless heart wants more,
in search of diamond opening new door.
Pouring down the sky, ole rain shower,
yet the thunder seems more closer,
why my heart, so stubborn and hard,
am I meant to be some destiny’ part?
I don’t care, for darkness shows light,
for heart is strong where fears reside,
the demons in my mind won’t let me rest,
even though I’m free I’m in an arrest,
And so I walk miles and miles,
finding the trails on an endless aisle,
grown up into flower now winds are strong,
am I really free or am I wrong?
