I

THREE-COLORED TREE

Three-colored tree dear
Bred in your colorful shade dear
The shade that shoved the eyes clear
With your soothing current cooling air
Your parasites are the very fruits you bear
Under your meadow shade, hatred is what they rear
That is why seeing you green is rare
For all your fresh cereals have been cleared
Robe of corruption is what they wear
Even the Almighty they do not fear
Syphon all your cereals, none they share
Your bottom has been eroded, none they spare
They leave you stripped with naught fear
Yielded your branches to go dry, they care?
Oh no! Dear, this is not fair
You ought to shine like a dawning star
Longing for them to open their stares
So they could catch your beauty clear
And starts seeing you as their dear.
