We craved for the whole family thing.
We said " I do " with this ring.
Time lingered on and so did we..
Time brought you to me..
Time drifted us apart..
Time...had broken our hearts.
Now I'm standing in this alone.
Your heart I do not own..
Somebody else has swept you off your feet.
It's a whole new cycle on repeat.
What has happened to the two of us..
At one time in our lives we were so in love.
How did I not see you slipping away..
I was going on like everything was okay.
You were slipping out of my life, and into her arms to stay.
Then out of nowhere you tell me that you don't love me anymore.
Why didn't I see this, the signs were there, but how did I choose to ignore.
I was loving you while you were gradually slipping out the door.
