To each me like you've done
You made it funny
And made it fun
Thank you for your positivity
And kindness and praise
Thank you for your caring
And helpful ways
Because you're sooo special
This poem was especially thought
You knew I wasn't always well behaved
But I know I was always really well taught
Yet determinedly you taught me
Putting me to the test,
Encouraging my efforts
As you made me do my best.
Some lessons were a challenge
And you taught me how to cope,
Each day I grew in confidence,
Ability and hope.
