What am I thankful for
for being alive
for reaching my age
in a world of violence
where there is no faith
In a world where sex causes
death and the rich
are full of hate
where countries slaughter
their people and religion
shows no face
In a place where theres no history
to be told where history is made up
by the ones who win wars
Where liberty is nothing but a lie
and freedom is pretending to be free
in a world full of crime
