To Marie II

It was a lonesome day and the month was frozen, and the skies were ashen; I strolled my way to the valley of dim. The road was empty, only birds that blabbed, as of these birds knew about my late bride, Marie. But the birds were nothing but my own delirium, my own insanity.

The madness were dissolved as sanity aroused when my stroll hit at an ever so beautiful sight. It was not very far from the empty road, for certain it was at the end of the empty road where lay there a wooden shelter, and by the angels beam from above the skiesー the shelter so wildly enclaved by Chrysanthemums, and whilst mine eyes mesmerized, my heart was curiously fancy to peer, of how was it looked like inside the shelter where the grave of my late bride, Marie, there secretly entombed.
None of what I saw had made me fall in deep sadness as these purple blossom of month of June had divinely grown circling the grave; none of these beauties ー from how my faith confirmed ー but the design of the Divine. My respond to this was to ask ー was this the sign that Marie has at His side blissfully rested?
Ah! How long has it been? How long has it been since I was captivated by this divinely scene? How long has it been since my brow was on the ground, and my soul was with Him profound? No more had I fell in deep sadness but to felt blessed whilst my heart constantly beat to my chest and thus a memory awaken, so enliven I remembered.
Distinctly I remembered, it was beneath the oak tree not very far from this grave when I saw her for the first time and from that moment on had mine eyes deceived no more by the devil in my left or the devil in my right ー
This was after my eyes absorbed the beauty of a young maiden whose eyes were a radiant light ー a young maiden whose heart bear The Divine Light ー and thus at that very moment an angel spoke to me something about fate that this radiant girl who would be my blushing bride!
How lovely she was! She alone by my side all in beauty, all in white, like a bride as if she deserved of all Love.
Within this valley of dim; it was in the middle of June, by the mountains that was so ever-watchful, and beneath this gigantic Oak tree; we had sent our oaths to a higher degree ーYes! That Heaven bent from above us.
Ah! How lovely that hour was! And How lovely you were! All in beauty, all in white, my smiling bride.
O! Marie! You were all that to me where my happiness did dwell ーWhere my heart did meet The Light ー But this world was a place of softness and sharpnessー In part of happiness there is sadness, and in part of loving there is losing, and I did finally understand and I believed so did you.
Marie, that years of love would be evaporized, but the oath were fulfilled ーI am happier now here as you are there singing a happy heaven's hymn ーMarie, that years of love shall from time to time grew dim, but in my heart your image, deeply crystallized, and in my heart shall you be ignited, and ignited forevermore!
