A day for rest
I guess
a holiday to remember
once upon a time
ago
,there was a great deed
accomplished
by Six great men
who saw a need
for freedom
today is a holiday
to celebrate our heroes
a toast to make,
to the great men
who toiled to see Us free
a toast to Nkrumah
with his friends
the big Six of course
they did their best
that yield to a freedom to all
today is a holiday
our founders day
