Toxic souls exist, but not in the whole,
Their behavior poisons, takes a toll.
They bear hidden wounds, yet refuse to see,
Their own responsibility, it cannot be.
Drama surrounds them, they thrive in its thrall,
Manipulation and control, they install.
They're needy, self-absorbed, a constant drain,
Narcissistic tendencies, causing pain.
Criticism pours, both on self and others,
Jealous of fortunes, blaming fate for smother.
Substance abuse or self-harm they embrace,
Refusing help, trapped in a destructive race.
Speak up, assertive, use "I" to convey,
How their toxic actions affect your day.
Set boundaries, protect your own well-being,
Break free from the cycle, a new start seeing.
